Highly detailed scale models that accurately represent civil and complex engineering projects, such as process plants, factories, power stations and other industrial infrastructure.
3D Modeling and File Preparation
Each component of the model is designed digitally in 3D modeling software, taking into account proportions, levels and assembly. The files are then optimized for printing, ensuring compatibility with the desired material and resolution (STL or G-code format).
Assembly and Shipping Preparation
The printed parts are assembled by hand on the support base. Finishes are applied according to the project, and disassembly is tested if the model is modular. Finally, the model is carefully packed and prepared for shipping, with the option of an acrylic cover, LED lighting and/or a flight case.
3D Printing of Parts
Each part of the model is printed using FDM technology with PLA filament. This process is carried out in stages, prioritizing dimensional accuracy and surface finish. Different colors can also be used at this stage if required.
